Happy holidays everyone! It’s been a busy one for Eclecta – from Google’s holiday party to outdoor caroling to church services, we’ve been performing throughout the Bay Area bringing a little extra light to the festivities.
Have a wonderful season and we look forward to seeing you in 2016!

Many know of Shervin Pishevar as a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, angel investor, founder at Sherpa Ventures, and all-around badass in the tech industry. What many don’t know is that he has a knack for music composition as well. Last night, we had the opportunity to perform his original composition, Cleopatra, for an intimate audience in San Francisco.
The song was co-written with Yvette Holzwarth; he describes his creative journey here.

We were honored to get the call and hope to perform Cleopatra again. Thanks, Shervin, for having us!
Sometimes gig life takes you to incredible places in the world, and yesterday was no exception. The road to Pebble Beach was pretty spectacular, with trees (and iceplant?!) changing color, clear blue skies, and the cleanest coastline we’d ever seen.
We spent the afternoon soaking up the sun before making our way to the The Inn at Spanish Bay, where we watched the sunset before our big performance.

The evening ended with Michael Jackson, Katy Perry, Coldplay, The Village People, and a quartet of ladies very happy to have played in such a gorgeous place in the world!
